Why can I log into Moodle and Outlook, but not Self Service

Be sure that your username is in all lowercase letters.  Only use your Panther ID, not your full college email address.

If you still see an error, you will need to reset your password.

Passwords for Self Service reset every 90 days. Moodle and Outlook have longer expiration dates and saves passwords for 180 days.  That's why your other accounts still work.


Reset your password at passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

This is your new password for all your accounts.
