Why can I log into Moodle and Outlook, but not Self Service

- Back in May, Craven Community College made the switch to a single sign-on system. This system set up a pantherID and password that would be used to log into Self Service, Moodle and your Outlook email. With this change, passwords for Self Service are set to reset every 90 days. Moodle and Outlook has not caught up with this 90 day change and saves passwords for 180 days.
To fix your issue, you will need to reset your password here at the Reset portal.
