Providing technical assistance to our students!

The Student Help Desk provides both in-person and virtual support, as well as technical guidance to Craven CC students. This wide-ranging support includes platforms such as Moodle, Self-Service, and Outlook.

Please provide your full name, Student ID number, an email address you have access to, and a call back number.

Hours of operation:
Monday - Thursday : 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (Online assistance only)
Friday : 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. (Online assistance only)
