Step 1: Determine your PantherID. Go to Self Service and select What's My User ID?

Step 2: Set up your password at: https://reset.cravencc.edu/PasswordReset/ (You will need your PantherID and StudentID)

Step 3: Sign in to Self Service with your PantherID and updated password.

Step 4: If you are able to successfully log in to Self Service, you will be able to log in to Moodle and Outlook email
(PantherID@my.cravencc.edu) with the same password.

Log into Self Service with your pantherid, WITHOUT @my.cravencc.edu

Students: Log into Moodle with your pantherid (johnd12345)

Google Chrome is the most compatiable browser to use. Be sure to use an updated version.

Here are some helpful tips:

  • Make sure that your Username / Panther ID is all lowercase as they are case sensitive.
  • Make sure that there are no usernames or passwords pre-filling the boxes. (Clear all the fields.)
  • When prompted, make sure to enter your full 7-digit student ID number and only your 6-digit date of birth, not the full 8-digit.
