FOR CURRENT STUDENTS:
Step 1: Navigate to passwordreset.microsoftonline.edu and log in with your email address.
Step 2: Enter the Captcha Characters provided
Step 3: Click Next.
Step 4: Enter your form of Multifactor Authentication (Explanation of MFA is given below). You will use your Mobile Phone. Click Text My Mobile Phone
Step 5: Enter your Mobile Phone Number. (If you do not have a cell phone, see below)
Step 6. A text will be sent to your Cell Phone with a code. Enter that code in the box and click Next
Step 7: Enter and confirm your password.
a. Your password must be 15 characters long and contain and upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and special character (Avoid using the #, @, & and .
b. Your password cannot contain any part of your first or last name and no patterns.

Step 4: If you are able to successfully log in to Self Service, you will be able to log in to Moodle and Outlook email
(PantherID@my.cravencc.edu) with the same password.
Log into Self Service with your pantherid, WITHOUT @my.cravencc.edu
Students: Log into Moodle with your pantherid (johnd12345)
Google Chrome is the most compatiable browser to use. Be sure to use an updated version.
Here are some helpful tips:
- Make sure that your Username / Panther ID is all lowercase as they are case sensitive.
- Make sure that there are no usernames or passwords pre-filling the boxes. (Clear all the fields.)
- When prompted, make sure to enter your full 7-digit student ID number and only your 6-digit date of birth, not the full 8-digit.
