The Student Help Desk provides both in-person and online technical support and guidance to CCC students. This wide-ranging support includes platforms such as WebAdvisor, Moodle, and Outlook. During regular working hours, you can receive assistance by visiting the Student Help Desk (Student Center Room 100), calling 252-638-7212, or submitting a ticket at here. Evening and weekend assistance are available here.
