Providing technical assistance to our students!

The Student Help Desk provides both in-person and virtual support, as well as technical guidance to Craven CC students. This wide-ranging support includes platforms such as Moodle, Self-Service, and Outlook.

When leaving a message, please provide your full name, Student ID number, an email address you have access to, and a call back number.

If you need to reset your password, click here You will need your Panther ID and 7 Digit Student ID. Instructions on Resetting (creating) your password can be found in the FAQs. NOTE: Do Not Attempt to Reset or Create your Password in Moodle or Outlook.

Spring and Fall Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday : 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday : 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Saturday - Thursday: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Virtual/On-line Assistance Only)

Summer Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday - Thursday: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (Virtual/On-line Assistance Only)
Friday -- Closed

Help Desk Technicians are available in the New Bern Academic Support Center, Ward Hall, Room 100J, during normal college business hours.
