The Student Help Desk provides both in-person and virtual support, as well as technical guidance to Craven CC students. This wide-ranging support includes platforms such as Moodle, Self-Service, and Outlook.

RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
Resetting your password is dependent upon whether you are:
(a) a new student (never taken a class, or attended more than a year ago) or,
(b) an existing/previously attended student (less than a year ago).
See below:
(a) New Student - Click to watch the video directions on the initial account set up!
1. Locate the email with your college email address and initial password. Your initial password is:
(a) The first 2 letters of your last name (first letter is uppercase and second letter is lowercase)
(b) Your six digit birthdate
(c)The word "craven"
Example: John Doe with a birthdate of 01/03/04 would have the password Do010304craven
2. Using your temporary password, navigate to https://office.com
3. Click “Sign In” in the top right corner.
4. Log in using your pantherid@my.cravencc.edu (i.e. johnd12345@my.cravencc.edu)
5. Sign in with your temporary password
6. Make sure to enable your MFA Options. You will not be able to access Microsoft Office or Outlook unless you have MFA.
7. Once MFA is completed, you are considered an existing student. Now, change your password. Follow the steps below:
(b)Existing Student
1. Navigate to passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your College Email
3. Enter the letter in Captcha
4. Confirm your MFA Verification
a. Click Text My Mobile Phone
b. Enter your Cell Phone Number
c. Enter the Code texted to your cellphone
5. Set up your password
a. Must be 15 characters long
b. Must include uppercase and lower case letters and, at least, one number
Craven Community College Fall/Spring Schedule is as follows:
Monday - Thursday -- 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
